It never reduced China or India's air pollution. We took the reductions and it cost us trillions, so Trump pulled us from the agreement.

The difference is that China is investing heavily in green energy and green transportation. Trump took us out of it because he is big oils bitch. He never saw a crony he wouldn't suck off in a back alley for some kickback. It didn't "cost us trillions," and if it did, good.
