PS16/ Are there at least two Justices on the Court who actually want the judicial system to collapse so they can retire under the Trump monarchy they prefer? Yes. Are there two others who are monarchy-curious? Yes. But I think we still have a majority that wants a functioning federal justice system.

I'm skeptical, too. I think the extremists understand they are the culmination of a decades-long coordinated effort to eradicate liberalism, and they don't want to lose their nerve now. Although I think some realize the magnitude of what they're doing, if not the full long-term consequences.
I was wondering if collapse is the desired outcome. I mean, if everyone wronged by this administration’s had to file individually, the administrative burden would throw a massive wrench in things.
I don’t believe that this court cares about the judicial system and are actively working towards its collapse. They gave trump immunity ffs why do you need courts when you have a king.
Why you need a king when you have Krasnov. Or, more precisely: why do you need a domestic king when you have Krasnov. Or: what better outcome his handler could have wished for?
