Any “negotiation” won’t be worth the paper it is written on. He won’t follow it if it doesn’t suit his mood in the moment.

Agreed...he rips up any papers (although I am betting not ones with his sharpies signature...lol) That's why they throw him a bone that is basically meaningless & let him think he "won" then everyone carries on building without him. I feel bad for so many Americans (they didn't all vote for him)

Agreed, there is/was a belief that perhaps we could establish some stability with an agreement. Buy some time to begin the disentanglement. I know Mr. Carney's team is running full out. We can see some glimpses of the future. But, we need to brace for difficult decisions & situations ahead.

Again I am very grateful that at this point in time we have PM Carney to help us through this.
