Now, each province must be competitive to keep its skilled professionals. Good job, all We need to keep moving forwards. Shame and blame will slow us down. BTW, I sat in on meetings regarding this 3 decades ago, and it was considered a pipe dream.

Freedom of mobility for professionals is good news for individuals, who won’t have to jump through hurdles to be recognized in another province; and for the country, because it creates a more flexible, responsive workforce.
