Unfortunately it is. I saw her mother interviewed and it was heartbreaking.

This was beyond cruel…The mother is brain dead.. that means Dead. this little 1 and a half pounder might have disabilities all its life.But after spending millions to make the point that the mother was not considered more than an incubator, there will be little to no support of a disabled child.
