George Clooney has worked with congressional committees on human rights. He is married to an internationally respected human rights lawyer. He has publicly supported Democrats for over 20 years and he raised the most money for Democrats in history! He does not ‘blow with the wind.’

I'm still pretty upset about his OpEd in the NYT. I don't see him the same way anymore. He is just a brand to me.

George Clooney had NOTHING to gain by telling the truth about Biden’s decline. He loves Biden, but he spoke out BEFORE the election to try to get a new Democratic candidate to run against Trump.

Like I said, he just a brand to me. He isn't an expert on mental decline, and that wasn't an act of love by any measure. Too little, to late. The time to speak truth to power was when there was time for a proper primary. He can go peddle his tequila somewhere else.

Clooney never gave a medical diagnosis of Biden. He said he flew from Italy to do a fundraiser for Biden and backstage Biden had no idea who Clooney was. They were friends for 20 years! He also reported other instances where Biden stared blankly at donors and people he knew. Donors stopped giving.
