No, the one on the left is the pic the WH put out today. The one on the right, which OP says he "enhanced," is an AI-generated hallucination based on a guess as to what the pixels mean. That's why the flag and the "USA" in the second photo are all fucked up. It's AI slop.

Details are misleading in fuzzy images. What you see in a low res image isn't what you'd see if you were there in person. You're looking at an area with about 5 pixels and saying it looks weird. Like of course it does most of the data isn't there
