You know, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 kind of has a whole subplot about this (Spoilers !!) But basically, TL,DR: one of the characters is a simulacrum of a dead man - and that slowly drives him mad until his only goal is dying.

My point here being that if we ever do successfully create a true synthetic intelligence that's also modeled upon a dead person, it may result in some very unpleasant psychosis.
