By and large Americans are pretty stupid but the idiots that are working for the Trump administration who are purposefully violating constitutional rights are in a whole special, new category of stupid. I see jail time in their future. Just like the Jan six rioters, jail is just around the corner.
Trump may be able to somewhat successfully play the “political persecution” victim game, but his cabal absolutely will unable to. Once their treason charges hit, the “political persecution” card won’t work for them, mostly because they were appointed, not elected.
