I spent two weeks near there in Ft Davis when I was in college - worked with camp nurses at summer camp for a nursing course. I loved it out there! Luckily I was coming from Lubbock, so a much shorter drive.

Yeah, Lubbock is definitely a little more closer there than driving from Houston. 😂😂😂 But Alpine is so pretty, especially seeing the mountains surrounding the city.

It really is. That part of the state is so underrated. Probably because of it being in the middle of nowhere. 😂
