I disagree that they are not salvageable. We just need to use the right tools to 'turn' them. there are always on-the-fence magats... and, just like turning a foreign agent into a u.s. asset, we need to use whatever tools we can to turn them. if the techniques didnt work, we wouldnt need spies.
