Point taken, but to be fair, I doubt that you cannot absolutely assert each as a direct consequence. Always take care with statistics.

What amount of evidentiary confidence is necessary for you to not ask questions that come across in context as transphobic and or rejecting the concept of humanities research. If that wasn't your intention please consider not replying with statements like this.
I am simply saying that here one should be careful with phrasing. Not disputing the basic point. Liquid transphobia isn't my cup of tea.
So kids who have been denied timely care and have demonstrated clear signs of distress to the point of ending their lives, can’t be said to have done so as a result of the lack of care, even though they have stated exactly that, because the numbers don’t add up to you?
I can certainly agree that evidence exists to support X, but do you say that (conclusively) there is no other contributing factor in every case?
It’s not my place to question because I’m not involved in any way. I am not party to enough information or indeed relevant enough to imagine that my questions would be worth asking.* This is what you should be telling YOURSELF too.
These are people’s families, youths being left to rot and you’re questioning statistics. They need humanity not formulae. *Besides, I wouldn’t be asking questions like this regardless. If the kid is trans and has been denied care I can empathise that
that is devastating enough to drive them to wanting to give up. Do you need them to be suffering MORE? Why does anyone need to explain it to you before you will just offer support and kindness?
It's clearly an emotive subject for you, but you don't have to behave like you were posting on X.
if children committing suicide *isn't* an "emotive subject" for you, there's something wrong with you
Nice to know.
I haven’t abused you, I haven’t insulted you, I haven’t sworn, I have explained my position politely and asked you pointed questions, again politely. If you think that equates in ANY way to the average exchange on twatter (was never in the cesspool, just seen screenshots) I don’t know what to say.
You’re clearly too sensitive for this conversation. 👋🏽
Your questions have no relation to my point. That's very X.
Which statistics are more important than suffering kids? How high do the numbers have to be before we can stop politicking with them and just let them be?
There's literally reports of trans youth starving themselves in order to halt or slow down puberty... And there's reports from the previous ban on trans youth receiving care...
Yes. That's evidence.
