The total number of children who might be involved in such a case because they have that kind of standing is 600. Because of doj bullshit these court orders are now including everyone possible in the protected class. Actual children involved in this incident appears to have been 76
“Minor aliens” is such a dehumanizing term. These are CHILDREN.
DHS refers to the children as "punitive class members."
IMO they should also provide the parents' names and contact info matched with their children's names to ascertain the veracity of the government's original claim that the parents were waiting for their kids.
They start out accounting for the number of minors in different stages of return, first being a total of 72. Thereafter there are no specific numbers given. Without the numbers the government leaves themselves wiggle room which they shouldn't have.
