If it were possible for parents to sue RFK Jr. personally for the ramifications of these decisions, he'd change his tune.

While I understand that you can’t sue a person in office for “doing their job”- I am under the belief that they CAN BE SUED FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB! I think a class action would be appropriate here because it is NOT in his job description to intentionally kill and/or injure children.
