I actually got in the habit at work. I got in my bunk early to get a quick "nap" before the calls started. Very occasionally it would result in a full night's sleep. ππ
I also had a partner who would peel the paint off the wall with his snoring. I tried to get a jump on that. I just saw him the other day!π
We used to make those guys sleep in the bullpen downstairs at 21's. You could still hear them
