This is what gets me. For me it’s about publicly shaming them and more importantly putting an end to them getting away with it and continuing to prey on innocents (and fuck them up for years to come).

Before public shaming of them, there better be evidence to support it. Not just a name or a visit to the island. Or think about the girls/women and their privacy and the privacy of their husband and children

Did they scrub or just flag his name every time it was mentioned? Other people have seen those files or wrote reports that are contained in the files. They would know if information was missing. With Epstein dead the case died as well. Any defendant can’t adequately defend themselves when the

key player is dead. Maxwell is a straight up liar and would be of no use to the defense or prosecution. The better bet is to follow the money. Epstein made around a thousand wire transfers in his last year. He had multiple accounts and multiple clients. That needs a deep dive for financial fraud

From a legal/judicial pov l don’t doubt you’re correct (l’m no lawyer), so if that was their only worry, scrubbing the names wouldn’t be effective. However, l believe they worry more about how they can twist this whole thing so they can present a plausible story to appease their base.

They know they have to lull their maga base back to sleep again on these files or risk losing a big chunk of their support. A big name on the Democrats’ side and little to no mention of the WH dweller or something like that will suffice l guess.

If the MAGA base is 30-35% of registered Republicans, the ride or die base is maybe 10-15% of that. More and more people are opening their eyes and saying they didn’t vote for this. Terrorizing people and communities. Putting our national security and our health at risk? A volatile economy? Nope

They pushed the narrative that Democrats were the pedophiles. Some may be but far more Republicans are getting arrested for various crimes or unprofessional conduct. Looking at you Boebert, Gaetz, and whatever his name is. George Santos? And they elected a convicted felon for president.

I don’t see Trump as being into having sex with minors. He’s pervy and doesn’t respect women but all the women who reported sexual assault were adult women. We also know that women in the porn industry aren’t off limits.
