Garland waited two years to even assign a prosecutor. Biden has been in office for four years. It was up to his administration to get this done. Garland was too weak.

Weren't they collecting evidence during that time? Idk but interviewing hundreds of witnesses and then the appeals delaying the case seems like they were up against a wall no matter what they did. I don't know exactly what his job entails but prosecutors do so that's what I was referring to 🤷🏽‍♀️
