Only if you're into nations Hitler helped found, and who began by invading land of "lesser humans" to conquer and kill to make space for a nation that is both ethnic and religious nationalist. We can't even count how many Jews were killed for it, let alone Palestinians. Israel is hard to support.
I believe in a two state solution.
I used to back in 2023. Since then, I learned the history of Israel and what led to it's founding. Understanding Israel, to support it you'd also have to support: genocide modern conquerors religious & ethnic nationalism supremacy opposition to the Geneva Conventions & international law

I know there's no easy answer, but Israel has used genocide to take all but about 2% of it's land. So, I suppose the nation could carry on if it could exist in that 2%. The rest of the land would need to be given back to Palestine and Palestinian rule. Israelis would live in Palestine or that 2%.
Yeah, dont agree with that, particularly understanding the history of what happened to the Jews and the genocide that they experienced. and. And I think a lot of what they’ve done is wrong there, but they also have experienced much antisemitism in that region.
The history is horrible. And one of my objections to Zionism now is their partnership with Hitler in WW2 against anti-Nazi Jews. Unfortunately Israel wasn't founded by the Jews who suffered the holocaust. It was founded by the Jews who sold out anti-Nazi Jews to Hitler. (See Haavara Agreement)
But to even go back farther, it’s the British mandate from ww1 and then how they broke it up which really then led to the now decades of fighting. Unwinding that, I don’t see a great path. For now, just stopping Israel from outright decimating the area is hard enough.
It's my understanding that Jews are treated pretty well in modern nations. The past was awful, but since WW2, most of the Jewish population has found safe home nations. I genuinely don't understand why they need Jewish nationalism now. It's just perpetuation of supremacy with them as supremacists.
No, that is not true in the nearby countries in the Mideast. You can easily look up there is so much antisemitic beliefs in the nearby countries regarding Jews, and in their actions and words. Sadly, there still is antisemitism in countries throughout the world, including the United States.
No it's not true in the nearby countries in the mid east. Especially not since the post WW2 invasion of European Zionists. The taking of land without purchase set all bordering nations on alert, and war confirmed it. Discrimination is always a problem but we don't give nations to everyone. Why not?
I think you need to take a look back & understand who ended up there. And why. But just from the practicality of it, you’re not going to be able to boot a nation out of the area. The best case is a 2 state solution and at this point, I’m worried that can never happen and Palestine will be destroyed.
That being said - Israel certainly is at fault for increasing that with what Netanyahu has done in the past few years. He himself should be in jail for what he did in their country, but what he has done to Gaza. I stand by a 2 state solution where Palestine has their country.
Netanyahu is the most far right extreme leader Israel has had, as stated by Israel. His savagery in Gaza has bled over to people assuming that's just normal Jew stuff, horribly contributing to world wide antisemitism. Bibi is to Jewish global PR what his genocide is to Palestinian quality of life.
