I have not heard how Trump “took” 10% of Intel. Their board surely didn’t give the US the stock for free and Congress didn’t appropriate the money for the treasury to buy it. So isn’t this all just chasing after another random ass thing Trump vomited?

So the grants that Biden basically gave intel through the CHIPS act Trump now says are purchases of equity? All I’ve seen so far is that Trump says the US owns part of Intel. Haven’t heard a peep from Intel or an actual securities lawyer. Even the article you reference doesn’t.
