You could be right - if this wasn't in fact staged, it could have been a thief that got into the trunk, & his partner distracted the woman long enough for him to crawl into the front. Even got her to walk away from the car. The 2nd man would have seen him getting up front.

That is exactly what happens. The video might be staged, but either way it is literally more about "how to pull off an elaborate car jacking with acting if you don't have a honey trap to use" than anything at all to do with the victims of ICE
