Contracts can be taken out by ruzzians, too, just ask Sternenko or Voronych. It's all speculation here, but my hunch would be ruzzians.

Because he's a hero of Maidan, helped setup the modern Ukrainian defence forces from volunteer units and most importantly, to me, his pivotal role in usurping the ruzzian pig language for the Ukrainian language.

ruzzians love to refer to him as a nazi. ruzzians also like to paint him as the ringleader to the fictional "Odesa Massacre". He's also been "active" relatively lately supporting Chervinsky & that entire debacle. What he has or has not been doing, very few people know.
