I see “convicted” and “arrested” labels. As long as they haven’t called an arrested person a convict I don’t know how there would be any defamation case. I’m not a lawyer but I will listen to your argument.

Thanks. The video made it difficult to read and I thought I saw the word convicted, but when I checked a print media source only arrested examples were pictured.
