Be aware.
Whereas, of course, they do a similar "job" in all European countries. The bigger and more important the country, the more resources are spent (thank you, Russia, for BREXIT for example!). Formerly occupied countries are simply more likely to fear, seek, and see Russian influence.
Estonia is on Putin’s list. I fear we will soon find out how serious NATO is about article 5.
