hmm… i definitely can but i dont think the temperature is the issue bc my raynauds hasnt acted up. my joints & pre existing joint issues have been absolutely evil to me since my iron saturation dropped so i think the problem is my health. i might get wrist braces for support though, thx! 😓

I’ve seen compression gloves for arthritis but never tried them. I wear fingerless gloves in SoCal summers to reduce strain and increase blood flow. Best wishes!
