Stupid stuff like this happens when you have someone so totally incompetent, with no prior work in the intelligence community, come in and run the Intelligence Community. Gabbard is like the rest of the Trump cabinet, totally out of their element. Trump and his cabinet should go back to their homes.

It is probably all of those things, but I believe it leans more heavily on the IDIOCRACY. That is of course just my own humble opinion.
