Every update of my iPhone offers the chance to relearn how to do the same stupid small things in a new way, with no measurable improvements to balance that frustration. I feel increasingly at odds with this stupid era.

I feel you. I’m convinced that the letter keys on my phone are now slightly more spaced out & it’s made me make endless typos ever since some OS update ages ago . And like the AI that refuses to stop “correcting” what I am mistyping, I can’t turn it off or fix it…or lol prove it!!

An OS upgrade on my Android phone dragged in a complete redesign of the phone app. If someone new to the tech took the months to half learn the first version, I have no idea how they're supposed to cope with it getting yanked away and tell have with different controls on a different set of tabs.
