Since birth certificates do not have photos nor do they have fingerprints or an other identifying information, what good are they when presented for identification?

Women are going to have particular issues. I tried to get my license changed over to floriDUH, I almost couldn't, the amt of paperwork that's needed is ridiculous. Ladies, be sure you have ALL your docs, marriage, divorce, all of it! Crazy times
