I remember in the early 90s my dad bought a fancy ass Satellite dish (the huge kind that took 4yrs to move to a signal) and if you manual moved I would pick up a japanese station that showed anime...this movie was on there and my bro and I would watch it not knowing whatever the fuck they said lol
but we still watched it, we watched allot of shit "allot of it had subtitles"then like a few years later we got a hold of the dub version...us being excited, tried to share it with our friends...well..."black nerds" werent accepted back then ill just put it like that... I'm happy how things are now
