If not already wise, research how Hurricane Katrina inundated New Orleans w/floodwaters because of big oil's Mississippi River Gulf Outlet, a canal to bring oil tankers directly to the refineries bc navigating the Mississippi River is too slow/costly. The storm surge was directed right into the city

Ideas for the doc: include a small piece about climate protesters blocking traffic being counterproductive to getting people on board w/the cause as well as the fact that stalled traffic is horrible for the climate cause bc idling cars get 0 MPG! Set up displays in public places-get people to learn!
