Since the law requires officers to clearly identify themselves, anyone who refuses to do so is by definition not an officer. Citizens exhibiting a rational fear for their safety (and Chicago PD) may respond to this information however they see fit.🤷‍♂️

Yes the Executive Order is enabling to the citizens as well. Though should be peaceful. If someone masked and not identifying themselves tries to abduct you in Florida it's stand your ground.
