He can be with the protesters though. That's neither here nor there because PROTEST is a democratic right in every democracy! But then again they burn books in some places which is ok.

I agree. I'm just saying that's not even what he was doing. He was there on an official capacity.

I understand! But even if he was, he isn't acting illegally. He cannot be arrested for being party to a peaceful protest.
