means "I am attracted by the opposite gender". The first is a threat. The second is just an expression, because it doesn't antecipate harm. Saying "I will kill you" is not freedom of expression. It is a threat.

I understand your line of thought, and I used to think alike, until I understood that fascism is not just discourse, it is a threat to other people's lives.
