He is holding his weapon like he's familiar with it... And his finger remained out of the trigger well as he raised it, so I'm a little skeptical about that.

I am sure he is a gun enthusiast but pointing a weapon at unarmed civilians.. it really escalates things. I would think well trained law enforcement wouldn’t seem so reactionary. These guys are living out some Call of Duty fantasy or something.

I'm sure there is that dynamic in the ranks.
