Reuploading content without alteration or criticism isn't "fair use".

Not guilty in the US if it falls within "fair use", which can include using large portions of content if necessary to illustrate what you are criticizing. Unfortunately, bullies ignore fair use rights when they dislike criticism. But it can backfire on them by creating more publicity.

You've been hammering him pretty hard, and it's easier to go after you like this than to address the merits of your arguments.
