Yeah, I'm doing better now. I make an okay living as a baker. I also have a supportive partner who makes slightly more money than me. I also get free healthcare from the VA plus a disability payment each month.

Glad to hear. A baker eh? I'm a pretty good cook, never was worth a spit at baking. I'll have to hit you up on some tips. (If you don't mind) I tried and failed the sour dough craze. 😅

Sourdough can be a lot. You have to learn so much and create a mature starter. So much of sourdough baking is technique, but also science. You may bake a lot of frisbees until you get it figured out. There's a lot of good tips that can be found on youtube.

Thanks, yeah I must've missed something, or did something stupid. Probably the latter. 😅 I wish my grandma was still around, wow, a real whiz in the kitchen. I learned alot from "shut up and sit down." 🤣 Thanks again I'll give it another try....someday. 👍
