It is odd. The 2014 armies of Ukraine and Russia looked about the same. 2022 and Ukraine was not the same. Ever since then it's looked like Russia has done everything to intentionally lose the war and destroy Russia. Which is great. It's probably just a by-product of corruption, but I do wonder
