2/ For context, that Aug 2015 pic was just after starving myself stupid and swimming 4 hours daily to drop from ~180lbs to 154lbs in 6 weeks just before my wedding. My physical & mental health plummeted about a year after. Avoiding transitioning had very real consequences. I'm rectifying those.

My brain still thinks "it's all makeup and push-up bras." I still haven't fully grasped how much my body and personality have changed. I said to my wife today "I don't think I look any different than I did in April." She replied "You look different than you did in June!" Is it really that much?
You're in the part of transition where things start to accelerate rapidly. Year two for me was way more significant than year one. Hell, year three has actually sped up even more, mostly because of SRS. I guess not making any testosterone helps the estrogen work better.
Accelerate even more? I'm not even sure how to prepare for that, hehe! Some form(s) of SRS are likely on the horizon for me in 2026 or 2027, just not sure which yet. For now I'm just letting estrogen do what it's gunna do, voice feminization training, and improving my makeup skills.
I should get around to voice feminization training, but it seems like my voice is easily androgynous enough that it doesn't really matter.
2/ Androgynous isn't too tricky to get to without formal training, and when you physically feminize a lot, androgynous voice can be enough for some. I just really want to go beyond what I already have so that I actually sound good on the mic when I'm gaming with friends or in work calls.
I haven't started formal training beyond some free seminars. But years of character impersonations has made it easier to get my voice into the cis-feminine range. I still don't like how I sound on video or mic but I pass with strangers on the phone. I think formal training will get where I wanna be.
