I remember being very awkward bring up the first with my endo early on in HRT before she just laughed and said it was extremely common… Seriously though, take care of yourself. 🫂

They’re growing You’re doing your best to live authentically in a crazy, crazy time in a country gone mad. Take heart from the sheer courage you’re showing doing that (says the 62-year old even later starter) If I wake up, it gnaws at me too :( I take solace from this community. Grateful for it:)

Mine get bumped occasionally and it’s “Wow! There’s actual change here” :) I keep trying to find joy in “all this” and I find some. I have a sense of dread also but refuse to be robbed of all happiness
