Agree. His arguably impressive CV did give rise to initial optimism on my part. What’s become evident is he is demonstrably incapable of making courageous, imaginative, leadership decisions. His ethos is timid, risk averse, opportunistic, mid-management thinking. More Chamberlain than Churchill.

Very impressive CV. He started well. But words are cheap (even for a lawyer!) As they say, promoted to his level of incompetence.
