Serious question: Did the Biden administration repeatedly seek relief from scotus with similar cases?

I believe the Biden administration specifically asked the Court at least twice to rule on the legality of nationwide injunctions, but the court didn't take up the question.

"Indeed, the Biden administration had also presented the Court with two excellent (and far-less-fraught) vehicles for narrowing universal injunctions. Reaching that issue only when it was the Trump administration asking … doesn’t help." www.stevevladeck.com/p/162-what-d...

Yes. In fact, the Biden admin did so often enough that Justice Barrett cited their requests in her opinion in CASA. Biden’s complaints about nationwide injunctions were used to justify lifting them en masse for Trump.
