Not for this one anymore. It has perished under a rock. Then I did a search to find out what it was.

My phone was in the house so I didn't want to let it wander off while I tried to figure out what it was in case it was dangerous. I'm sure I'll see others now.
I probably would have done the same. I love spiders generally, but the venomous bitey ones terrify me.
A lady in town was bitten by a brown recluse a few years and ended up with flesh-eating disease in one leg. It was a long recovery. So, I keep an eye on what's around me.
A brown recluse spider story is why I got paranoid about the fat ones š¬
they don't much like bright light, like sunshine. I was bitten years ago in the garage rummaging around. Still have a hefty scar on that hand. Garden spiders are just seriously rarely a problem at all. I just talk to them and leave them be.
Oh great. Now I have to worry about my garage?! I may have to start walking around in a hazmat suit.
Only the dark hiding spaces. I actually was reaching into a corner in an unheated, no lights garage. It is now a garage with electricity!
