Let me start by saying that I can't stand Hawley or Trump, but this is misleading... Yes he says 'Biden voters' but goes on to classify them as rich dems and hedge fund managers. He is not suggesting that a Republican making $50K a year gets the rebates and a Democrat making the same doesn't.
Right. He's just saying that Biden voters are all rich hedge fund managers, to try to whip up class fury on false grounds. The party base is Black wo.en, not hedge fund managers. Hedge fund managers vote Republican.
It's his assumption that hedge fund guys are more likely to be Democrats that I find laughable.
