Thanks for admitting that you’re not working class, big step here! Now since you’re not working class, how about not telling working class people that they should be fine w/ 5% - 10% rent increases because that’s not something us working class people can afford

I’m saying folk are better off than they were back when rent increases were literally not at all capped at the state level. I’m saying there is still room for improvement. What part of this are you not comprehending?
