Companies are paying rent and if employees stay out of the office is a money that is being wasted corporations won’t give back to the workers.

Seems like a no brainer to move to smaller spaces.

Not worth it I guess! If you’re it using a space why pay rent special now that rent is so high and hardly unaffordable

So why do you want everyone to go back to office when the solution is so simple?

They don't want them to go back to the current spaces, but to new spaces owned by their wealthy buddies. Lots of brand new office spaces in DC. And just like Elon Musty, big government contracts for those wealthy buddies. It's the scamming of America.
