Trump has it every day now. Because he's getting iv diuretics to combat the congestive heart failure fluid (remember those cankles??). Once you're having to get iv diuretics, kidney failure is not far behind. Then dialysis, if you make it that long. Barely delaying the inevitable 🎉😁
