Yep. He was facing all sorts of legal issues, I believe. In 1989, Wexner purchased the mansion at 9 East 71st Street in Manhattan. He transferred ownership of the property in 1998 to a company with ties to Epstein. Epstein claimed he had already acquired the property earlier.
