hi! I've gotten the complete opposite done, I had my top surgery a few months ago. but anyway from the other end of the spectrum I wouldn't worry about them looking "fake" or "ugly" because so many bodies look so different! please if you are considering do not get down on yourself! get it done!!

Whenever I think to myself about such things, I always think I should take that money and spend it on some sort of mutual aid that would help others. This isn't me judging anyone who gets such things, but my own mental block around spending money on things I know would make me happier...
