At what point would YOU remove the swastika armbands? Some of them were just doing their jobs right?
At what point would YOU remove the swastika armbands? Some of them were just doing their jobs right?
I mean, isn’t that exactly the point? You don’t just move over and let them implement swastika armbands. You resist in whatever small ways you can, instead of let them roll uninhibited across everything. No?
Make them fire you by resisting persistently
And if they don’t, keep the uniform? No thank you.
Of course not! But it’s not like we’re quite there yet, are we? Let’s say we’re asked to do something unconscionable. IF we can’t obstruct, and they won’t fire us, THEN we resign. No? In advance of any ask, resignations seem like pre-capitulation.
Apparently, resignations can send powerful messages. I hope it’s enough to do some good.
May. Will weigh. That’s how we defeated the Nazis last time. We considered opposing them. Eh. Maybe. Maybe not. As long as nobody has to take a fucking stand, it’s all good.
Apple News very briefly had an NPR headline “Hochul takes action on Adams <>” but it seems to be gone now. Could it be NPR knows she has removed him but can’t release the story yet?
These questions are honest questions. I’m positing counter argument as a vehicle. Sincerely asking.
I say do as much damage as possible until caught. If you can’t do damage disassociate. There will be no forgiveness.
