Yes, they’re women’s!
Yes, they’re women’s!
These are clearly toddler shoes though????
between those toddler shoes, the overbaggy ruffle dresses, and the big headbands with knots in them, this trend of some women dressing like 3 year olds is going WAYYYYY too far.
It’s the pants with the contrast trim ruffles on the ankle for me, why would we want to dress like infant clowns
oh my lord YES. it's so creepy!
I HATE THIS TREND. Why are you wearing the same outfit your kid wore for kindergarten?
no more puff sleeves. no more stacked ruffles. no more smocked calico. structure and shape. PLEASE.
The Lolita-ization of the American Female
(I do like a knotted headband or hair bow but like … you gotta deploy that stuff strategically, you can’t do it all at once)
Yes, it needs to be sprinkled in with adult stuff so you look kicky and cute, not like it’s role play 🤭
you’ll take my knotted MG headband out of my cold dead hands, because it has some texture so my hair doesn’t look just flat
yeah, the headbands only bug me when they're paired with the other kid stuff, they're fine on their own.
i was *blown away* when I started getting to know people from AL and saw all their kid's pics wearing this stuff....never in my life lol
like, i wore smocked dresses and big giant ribbon bows and ruffles too. then i got out of second grade, y'know?
It's that goddamn Matilda Jane line that one of the moms at our kids' school showed up wearing when oldest started kindergarten. I've never been able to take her seriously since
... wowwwwwww. like, a couple of those tops would be cute once in awhile with regular shorts/pants, but the weird circus pants and the overgrown child dresses? it's giving "my husband fills out my ballot for me."
Yep. She did the ruffled shirt/pants combo and I don't know if I fixed my face quickly enough when I saw her 😬
Like I do not need to accentuate my ankles, thank you
