“You knew I was a snake when you let me in….” remember that admission disguised as an accusation?
re: Nuclear Waste If you can resist the temptation to eat it, you'll be fine. There will be signs to help you with your decision, "Please do not eat the nuclear waste. Thank you, the management."
No solutions for securing these hazards long term. Living near Wyoming this is frightening. Leaks are possible.
America's Russification proceeds.

Jenny,I remember the fight in late 80’s over “low level radioactive waste” for storage at the Hanford Nuclear facility here in WA state.I even wrote for my university newspaper about it, at the time. They couldn’t handle their own nuclear waste issues and wanted to take on more. It’s all about money.
Ronald Reagan was campaigning for a Slade Gorton and had to back off using Hanford to store nuclear waste. I had an environmental biology professor that was consulting on the soil vitrification project/facility at the time. Almost 40 years later it still hasn’t been realized. Corruption and money.
Nuclear is cleaner than coal (of which production also produces radioactive waste) but why would anyone bother? Solar and wind are so cheap now.
The folks in Wyoming Who oppose will hopefully win. This could get really nasty. 👀 ☢️ 😡
You make the waste, you keep the waste
